SCOTUS II: The Wrath Of Khan

Roberts for Chief Justice. Not surprised. I had figured that Roberts was being groomed as Rehnquist's eventual replacement; the move to have him replace O'Connor was probably primarily intended to gain Roberts experience in the interim between SOC and WHR's leaving the court [we in racing call this "seat time" - i.e., there's no such thing as too much seat time.]
